Dear Granna,
This post is for you. I've numbered each image, please let me know which ones you are interested in me ordering for you. And... well... I guess if any other family members want some printed, you let me know too!
My recommendations would be
5 & 8
1 & 6 or 1 & 7
Ummm... but I also really like 2, 3, and 4. Lol
What do you all suggest? She wants to have them printed on Plywerk and mount them in her "garden" room.
Have a great Friday!

Sorry for the double post today. I just have to get this up because I could really use the prophoto rental!
This month's theme is vacation. There are other images that I really wanted to submit this month, but I am always one to follow the themes, so I decided to dig this one out instead. I could have picked a landscape, but there were already a lot of those. I was thinking of doing her playing in the water, but I really wanted something a bit more... well... fun. Because that's what summer vacations are all about.
So, without further ado, my submission...
Jumping Bean
Have a great day!

I'm so excited with the direction that the business is taking. I'm slowly but surely building up a client base. I'm starting to realize that all those far off dreams may be closer than I think.
Back in March, when I was all nervous about opening an Etsy shop, I had this dream of being able to either have my own show at a gallery, or to be able to have a booth at an expo/craft show/etc. I never thought that I would be able to do BOTH of those things.
But now that I've registered for my first Festival, only a 5 months after my dreams were merely that - dreams, I'm wondering if I can pull it off.
I've jumped into it. Up until this point I've only been using what I've been making to fuel the business. This is the first time I'm actually going to be investing some of our own money into the company up front. There are all sorts of things I need for a festival, specifically I need prints. Printed. Assembled. For Sale. Not only that, but I'm also going to be promoting my portrait sessions, so I need pamphlets, a portfolio, business cards, a mailing list, a slideshow, etc etc etc.
I'm getting my feet wet and it is dangerous. I have high hopes for the future, and I'm starting to dream BIG. Why not? It is hard to move forward and grow if you don't take a chance and put yourself out there. Time to take a risk!
Happy Tuesday

I can't believe she is going to be turning one in a little over 2 weeks. I feel like I missed the whole baby stage with her, which is kinda strange because I was hardly able to put her down for nearly 6 months. I better make sure I catch every instant of her being a toddler. Even though she loves to cuddle, she is very serious about doing whatever Tea does. I feel like she is really flying through the milestones, they are coming and going so quickly because she is determined to climb like Tea, to run like Tea, and to... well... scream like Tea.
Please tell me it will slow down one day. That years will stop passing in the blink of an eye.
Oh, and I just want to say thank you all for the comments :) I still haven't figured out how to directly reply to them, and I feel like giving up on it. Just know that I read every one of them and appreciate them!
Happy Monday!

I'm not sure how long I'm going to keep this post up, but I did want to share some of my recent shots with you. I'm really happy with them. Right now the protective part of me is screaming that I shouldn't be putting them up at all. Perhaps just for the weekend and then they'll come down again. Maybe just the first one. Anyway...
Huh, would you look at that... my pictures get cropped when I post them. That's frustrating.
Have a nice weekend
