Water Play

We had a very nice weekend. Nana and Pop pop came to visit, spending Saturday afternoon down the shore with us. We headed out to Surf City on LBI, probably one of the best decisions we made all weekend. Temperatures hit 100 at our house, but LBI is 4 miles off the coast of NJ and if the wind is blowing in the right direction, it is about 20 degrees cooler. This was the case on Saturday, we were all wishing we had brought some cover-ups!

The rest of the weekend involved hanging around, Italian Ices, errands, and fun in the back of the house. It was nice to spend the time together as a family.

Unfortunately the weekend ended with most of us feeling run down and out of sorts. Hopefully our spirits with pick back up in the next day or so, right now we all feel blah with fatigue and upset tummies.
