30 Days ::: Day 18

We had the first trimester screening today. Everything was "perfect" - the tech's words, not mine :) We got to see so much on this ultrasound, I don't remember it being like this so early with Thaya. We saw a beautiful profile with button nose and little lips. Just like Thaya. We also saw the hands and feet, a round tummy, and the hemispheres of the brain. Our little babe2 also had the hiccups. Too cute!

30 Days ::: Day 17

Everyone is finally feeling better. I still feel like my head is underwater, but I know it could be worse (cause, you know, it was). Thaya loves playing at her music table, she spends extended periods of time dancing to the music it makes.

On another note, Thaya is starting to go from a short nap and a long nap to just one really long nap in the afternoon. Not a fun transition. You may see some teary photos in the next week or so (of me, not her).

1st trimester ultrasound is tomorrow to check babe 2. I hope everything is ok!

30 Days ::: Day 16

Sick Day 3. Keeping one another company. Sorry, you'll have to wait on the Martha update.

30 Days ::: Day 15

Tomorrow I'm going to be apart of the audience for the Martha Stewart Show. It is their special handknits show. Picture might come late, or may skip a day.

I'm feeling the flu come on... let's hope it holds off until after Martha.

30 Days ::: Day 13

Since you've been secluded to the basement, and we can't see you face to face, we decided to reach out to you this way to let you know that we're here, we're thinking of you, and we miss you. Thaya was determined to grab the camera, and was squealing as the timer light was flashing. Hey Hunk, feel better soon, K? If for no other reason, so I don't have to hear, "Dada? Dada! Dada!" All day long as she searches for you.

30 Days ::: Day 12

Our house is filled with germs, hopefully the Lysol has zapped most of them - more than the sunbeams can do. Thaya and I are safe for now. Keep your fingers crossed for us, we don't want what daddy dearest has.

30 Days ::: Day 11

Today a spoonful of peanut butter chased by a kiss just didn't do it for me. Totally worth the 1/2 hour it took to make them.

30 Days ::: Day 10

Love Thursday... Valentine's Day... hope your hearts and homes are filled with love today (and everyday).

30 Days ::: Day 9

So much for snow.  Why does it always pour on the days that I have a doctor's appointment?
